Knowing each candidate personally to make a placement that is ideally suited for you is a lengthy, laborious process that I insist on. My goal is to make sure that both the candidate and the client are happy, satisfied and certain with what will be a long-lasting relationship.

Counsel Source focuses on the following criteria: motivation for searching, academic accomplishments, objectives, ambition, social deftness, attitude, character and experiences outside law. A candidate who appears “qualified” on paper is not necessarily the correct professional or personal fit.
