Your Resume
Resumes generally include personal information such as an individual’s name, address, contact information, employment record, academic history and other personal data. It is not typical to include personal information such as a social security number or birth date and we encourage you not to include such sensitive information on your resume.
If you elect to provide us with your resume we will maintain it in your individual file that we keep in a secure location and in the strictest confidence. We will not provide your resume to anyone or discuss its contents with anyone unless you give us your express authorization to do so.
E-mail can be a very convenient method for maintaining contact. It has even become customary for an e-mail address to be included on a resume as part of the contact information. Keep in mind as well that if you send us an e-mail via the contact link on this website or simply send us an email at a later time we will receive your e-mail address as part of your e-mail communication. As we do with your resume, your e-mail address is kept in your confidential file. It will also be kept in a confidential contact database maintained by Counsel Source recruiters. Counsel Source does not sell or license e-mail addresses and we will not share your e-mail address with anyone unless you give us your permission first.
